Where's the Love for This?

This book, written by Maribeth Boelts and illustrated by Kathy Parkinson, doesn't seem to have gotten much attention. Which is too bad, because this is a great story about a having a new sibling in the family. In this story, Little Bunny is excited when he learns he's going to be a big brother. He asks all sorts of questions and can't wait for the baby to come. But when it finally does come, he begins to worry that it's going to take up all his parents' time. It's a common story, but it's well-done. The illustrations are very soft and gentle --- perfect for this sort of story. The text is appealing and understandable --- very relatable. Readers will enjoy the ending as well.
