Not "good" condition

Regardless of this being a used book, a book that's listed in good condition, I would expect to have the binding still connected with the pages to the cover. I've ordered from this site plenty of times before and have not had this occur before. It's frustrating knowing this book will fall apart into pieces with a limited number of times reading it.
