A delicate account of travels in wild British Columbia

British Columbian wilderness is slipping fast. This account by someone who loved this land expresses this in a straightforward, gentle way. The book is absent of sentimentality but rather filled with honest reflections of the wilderness to which Randy devoted his life. He died tragically in his 30's in a freak avalanche just as he was finishing this book. Other books include chronicles of the great trees of B.C.
