Not really obsolete!

Yes, this is the older edition - but the only real difference is the number. This book is for grade 10. Book 7 for Grade 10 was a bit confusing, so the publisher re-numbered the books to go with the grade. In the new edition you buy Book 10 for Grade 10. The material inside this older edition is essentially the same. This book is in no way obsolete! Just a great book for vocabulary studies!!!

The book has definitions, example sentences, usage specifications, practice pages, and tests. The vocabulary covered in this book appears on standardized tests such as the SAT. Reading this book will improve your speaking proficiency and at least make you seem more intelligible.
