Colorado Game Warden, Randy Waters, chases poachers who take only parts of certain game animals, leaving the rest of the carcass to rot. The crime has international intrigue and the poachers shoot at Randy during the chase. One poacher gets away and leads Randy and others on a long chase in the Spanish Peaks Wilderness. The final chase results in a unique and fitting end for the poacher.
