This is an excellent book to keep close at hand because it can....and does.... help when a difficult situation engulfs someone close to our heart which , so many times, renders us speechless and looking for the right words to speak.This is a small book packed full of wisdom. In reading this book I found that it doesn't cost you anything to express a kind word or gesture to someone else. It made me a little less cynical and I found myself trying to implement many of the phrases and gestures the book offers. It feels good to make others smile and if you look in the mirror you will see that you are smiling too.
