Book in excellent shape she is a really good author i haven't completed this book but have read another of hers she is highly recommended

This book is fantastic. I have read books and listened to speakers talk about 'rest', but still went away feeling restless. Cindi covers what others missed. Her writings will penetrate your soul. She is a very gifted writer. I plan to give this book to many of my friends who do not give themselves permission to slow down and stop the rat race. I look forward to exploring her other books. Enjoy it.
