When Two Moons Collide
There is an intense mistrust between the races based on a history where the Elvenarre dominated the country of Zykaenia and neighbouring countries. Centuries later the Elvenarre, retaining their dominance and influence over Zykaenia from within the governance, prefer to remain in their territorial lands in the west. Aside from a well equipped Elvenarre military force, the role of the separate, ungoverned Militia caused further animosity to the rest of Zykaenia until the Militia assisted the police in Gravat'nya in uncovering a drug ring suspicious of developing and distributing a highly addictive and deadly preparation.
A young operative enrolls for study in a distant city and has no intention of engaging in relationships with anyone outside of her zone until he made himself noticeable, an ambitious young man from an affluent family. However she has a lot to hide and in the end, so did he. Their secrets, accusations and interference tore their relationship apart despite guidance from those they should have listened.
Years later they are thrown together to infiltrate a drug ring and solve a murder of a mutual friend. Can they put their differences aside? They secretly want to, but ....
