If you love to cook on the grill, this is the book for you. Lot of recipes with clear instructions. Easy ingredients - these recipes are easy but amazing. We love this book!

Excellent book for the novice,

This book is beautifully illustrated. The recipes and preparation instructions are clearly stated so that anyone could understand them, even a beginner like me. There is enough varitity so that even the veteran barbecuers should enjoy this book.
