This book was great. After I read it, I ordered 3 more copies so I could share it with my sisters and brother. I have read it several times, and get something new out of it each time. I have learned a lot from "What you Say is What you Get". It really works... Say postive stuff get postive stuff, say negative things get negative things. I love it!
