Good, practical advice

Jan Norman interviews numerous franchisors and franchisees who provide very practical advice about franchising. The book is well organized and extremely helpful. What I liked about this book is that it gave you practical advice from a number of different sources. We would never, on our own, be able to talk to so many people with so many different experiences. Jan Norman asks good questions and gives us a broad and fair representation of the view from both the franchisor's position and the fanchisee's position.
