This book give practical advice on how to have a healthy weight family. With children being overweight at an increasing number each year this book should be read by all parents and the techniques put into practice. School administrators need to read it as well so they can understand why school's need to have a physical education program.

Great book that will give all the rules for keeping a family slim. Don't let your kids and family become what you don't want them to be. Learn to keep yourself and your family fit and trim.

Very pleased

This is a very easy book to read, and the suggestions it offers are real and practical. You don't have to change your entire lifestyle, and that's what I liked about the book. And too, the five steps it recommeds have already been put into use by families, and they've all been proven to work. It definately has helped my family. I've already seen a difference in waist size and attitude.

WHAT A HELPFUL BOOK FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

ONCE I STARTED READING THIS BOOK I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW SIMPLE IT IS TO MAKE SMALL CHANGES THAT MAKE A HUGE POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON MY FAMILY. FAMILY POWER IS AN EASY TO FOLLOW, EYE OPENING, BOOK THAT HAS HELPED ME GET MY FAMILY ON THE RIGHT TRACK FOR ONCE. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW I HAD MYSELF SO TRAINED TO UNCONSCIOUSLY RAISE A LAZY FAMILY UNTIL I STARTED USING THE STEPS IN THIS BOOK. I AM NOW GOING TO MAKE SURE MY CHILDREN DON'T DEVELOP THE LAZY HABITS THAT GO HAND IN HAND WITH OBESITY. IT'S A GREAT EYE OPENER!!! GOOK LUCK
