Weekend in Dinosaur Valley

A father and his two children have a weekend planned to discover dinosaur fossils. However, things take a turn for the worse when the family encounters a freak thunderstorm that threatens their small plane and finds themselves stranded after crashlanding somewhere other than where they had originally planned.

Unable to make contact using the radio, they are left to find their own way and survive the dangers that surround them. They have landed in a heavily wooded area and the plane has been damaged so they can't take off until the damage is repaired.

That's all that can be revealed at this time so as not to give away too much of the story. No spoilers here. What can be revealed is that their survival is in the hands of a stranger who rescues them from being killed and eaten by a large, and hungry, t-Rex dinosaur.
