Inaccurate Condition

Of the five books I have received from my order, two have damage to the covers, yet they were supposed to be "like new". Still waiting to see how the rest of the books come in. It may be an anomaly, but I'm concerned. This one is worse than the other, with a hard crease running all the way down the front cover along the spine, creased cover corners, and old glue residue all over it.
