They Scammed Me

I ordered this book (Whole Food Recipe Vitamix) because I have one at home, but it’s not in prime condition and I wanted a better condition one and they sent me an entire entirely different book (Introduction To High Performance Blending) without my permission. That’s called dishonesty and bait and switch. THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE JACKET THAT CAME WITH THE BOOK AND IT WAS DAMAGED ON THE FRONT COVER. The book they sent had a bar code on it with a price tag of $3.25 and they charged me over $10 dollars for. I hate living in a world where everyone is trying to scam and get over on everyone.
