This book is great. It is not only for vegetarians!

This book is great. It is like "the second part" of Fit for Live ("La Antidieta"). If I knew before all the things the author communicate in this book, I had changed by eating habits and live style before. I was "almost" vegetarian when I found "La Antidieat" and totaly when I found this book. But it is not only for vegetarian people. Just for those who really care about their own health. The receipt part is great too. Just try the fruit shakes. NO MILK of course, instead almont milk. It's wonderfull.
