An Organized Review for Business Professionals

I found this book to be an excellent tool to guide the valuation of a small business. I used the techniques discussed with only minor modifications to meet the particular situation and found I had nearly duplicated the brokers results. Unfortunately, the transaction did not to through as the owner was unrealistic in his analysis... and 4 years later is still trying to sell (the broker resigned after my offer was refused).I am buying a new copy, sans my margin notes and dog-ears, to give a friend who is preparing to sell his business.
