Wonderful little book

While not written with the polish of a Tom Clancy or a Mark Bowden, this is an honest and very readable account of one young man's experience aboard a seaplane tender during WWII. Great photos also. A 'must read' for anyone interested in the perspective of a 'regular guy' on a ship less celebrated than an aircraft carrier or a submarine.
