The introduction and first chapter feel like infomercials. They talk about what his program can do. Chapter 2 is mostly about brain scans and studies and the difference between male and female brains.
Chapters 3&4 were very informative and useful.
Chapter 6 is very informative and definitely worth reading!!
Chapter 8 is all about ADD. It would be great for anyone struggling with that.
Chapter 10 is about couple relationships and how to enhance yours. It was my favorite chapter of this book!
11 was great advice for mothers or future mothers!
12 was inspiring.
Overall this was a good book and was worth reading.
