Undressed is historical novel about Colin and Brenna. Brenna was kidnapped as a baby by a Scottish family and is reunited with her English biological family. Colin has been shunned by the Ton due his cheating and poor behaviors. Brenna believes he is innocent and while she helps him prove his innocents she falls in love. Donald and Ceilie Maclachlan wanted a son so they stole one from a family in London. On the journey back to Scotland, they discover that their son is actually a daughter. Twenty-six years later, a couple arrive at Brenna's home telling her that she is really their daughter. Lord and Lady Danville provide proof that they are indeed her real parents. Since the Maclachlan's are recently deceased, Brenna accompanies the Danvilles back to London. Colin Rosemoor has been ruined. He has been accused of cheating at cards, but he was framed and is now being shunned by the ton and the Lady he was hoping to marry. Colin is at the home of his friend Hugh when he meets Brenna, Hugh's long lost twin sister. Although their meeting is brief, Colin is greatly intrigued by Brenna. Colin and Brenna discover that they have a lot in common, both of them are misunderstood and not accepted in society; Colin for the card scandal and Brenna for being a Scottish lass instead of an English lady. Colin and Brenna are drawn to each other and they find themselves seeking each other's company and each encounter has their attraction growing. However, their relationship is thwarted time and again by either Lady and Lord Danville, Hugh, or Colin's need to protect Brenna from the ton's cruelty. Finding out who is behind Colin's ruin is just one obstacle in their way; Brenna needs to return to Scotland and Colin needs to free himself of some vices that could cost him Brenna's love. Once he realizes what Brenna means to him, Colin sets out to make things right and win back the woman he loves. Undressed is a gratifying story with life-like characters and a stimulating plot. Colin is not the typical perfect hero; he has faults, but he learns from his mistakes, which I found endearing. Brenna is lovely, charming, and intelligent, just the kind of person I would want as a friend. Sexy Bad Boy Hero

I love a sexy bad boy hero, and Colin in Undressed is the perfect specimen! Kristina Cook always writes beautiful, sensual scenes, but with Colin, she's outdone herself. I promise that the romance between Brenna and Colin will satisfy any romance reader. A keeper for me.

My favorite Rosemoor story yet!

I found Colin and Brenna's story just rivetting and the characters delightful. Ms. Cook has such a way with story development. No one goes from "boy meets girl" to "boy gets girl" so imaginitively, yet convincingly.
