Dashing. Devastating. Dangerous. David Reis exuded power with every move of his custom-suited body. he'd been the fantasy of Starr Cimino's teenage dreams—her first lover, her biggest heartbreak. And... This description may be from another edition of this product.
David Reis had been Starr Cimino's first love but he had devastated her by leaving. Now he is back to help with his ill mother and is determined to convince Starr to give him another chance. Starr has never stopped loving David but has never been able to make him understand that her childhood has made her unable to live the traveling life that he thrives on. With two people so desperately in love with each other, can they find a way to be together without giving up the lifestyles that make them who they are? Under The Millionaire's Influence is a perfect romance for lazy afternoon. Although the stumbling blocks of desiring different things seem destined to keep them apart, the emotion between David and Starr is palatable. Catherine Mann has become one of my favorite Harlequin/Silhouette authors with books that are rich in emotion, sensually satisfying and with just enough action to keep me turning the pages. Excited Catherine Mann is writing a second series

I've enjoyed Catherine Mann's Wingmen Warrior series for a long time and am really excited about her Desire series, especially her latest book, UNDER THE MILLIONAIRE'S INFLUENCE. David Reis is powerful and tender, all wrapped in one very hot package. And I really like the heroine, Starr Cimino, who rises above her past and faces those critical of her with a wit and grace that had me cheering all the way through. So glad to see a second series from this talented author. And the excerpt of ON TARGET - her next big Wingmen Warrior book coming out this July 2007 - I've been waiting for was in the back of this Desire. Thank you, Cathy, for the bonus!
