Type 2 diabetes is a confusing disease: it typically strikes in one's middle years after dietary habits and understanding are long established, there is no one diet for controlling blood sugar levels and the often-accompanying depression diabetes brings, and there are a host of challenges involved with a diagnosis of diabetes. Big Book of Type 2s

I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and can't help feeling cheated, frustrated and downright angry.
