Continued problems with bipolar for 13 years; diagnosed with bipolar in mental hospital, recovery from bipolar brought stabilization. Practicing the program outlined within this book continued and improved stabilization. There is a necessity to treat both illnesses at the same time; or the untreated illness will result in relapse by both illnesses. This work contains a description of the author’s current life and the necessity for continued treatment of both illnesses even after 39-year sobriety and 26 years with controlled bipolar.
