Great book for beginning readers!

I bought this book because Twinkle twinkle little star is positively, definitely my son's favorite song! He loves this book at first sight and very soon he gets to recognize all the words on the pages (he is 2 1/2)! The good thing is that each page only contains a few words so it is much easier for him to learn the words. It is sort of a luxury to buy a book with lyrics for only 1 short song, nonetheless it is well worth the price for beginning readers who love this song. I bought so many other books which never held his interest for more than 10 seconds!

A nice board book for your twinkle little star lover

My son loves this book so much that everytime we went to the library, he got it out. Rather than keep paying late fines for when I couldn't find it, I found the $5 price tag quite palatable. The book is very cute and your child can turn the pages as you sing together, and as they get older, sing along and turn themselves.

Great detail

I find Jeanette Winter's illustrations to be delightful. There are just a few words on each page, so my son can really take time to look at the pictures and see how they relate to the words of the song. The little details she puts in are wonderful. We also have The Itsy Bitsy Spider. It's nice to enjoy the book so much when I have to read it over and over!

The Illustrations Will Guide Your Child Through this Book

Our daughter enjoys reading this book with us. The nursery rhyme unfolds as each page is turned and the next illustration is revealed. The book is also sized for small hands and is nearly indestructible.
