Pure, Unadulterated Wisdom

I was happy to find many books on reversing diabetes at NYPL. This (imho) was the best of them. Turbo Metabolism is a sensible wholistic approach, promoting healthy mind and body. This book is accessible and practical. Long story short, I cut back on processed meat, sugar, white bread, white potatoes, dairy; increased fiber from fruits and vegetables; increased activity and realized steady progress, improving my mental and physical health. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this book.
