Triple H is The Game. Arguably he is in better shape than any other WWE superstar, and last year he proved it when his incredible physical condition enabled him to come back from injuries that would have finished a lesser wrestler. In a Tag Team Championship bout that paired him with Stone Cold Steve Austin against Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho in May 2001, he tore his left quadriceps muscle completely off the bone. After six months of hellacious rehab, he returned to a hero's welcome in January 2002. In MAKING THE GAME he takes the reader step by step through his personal training techniques and the challenges he has had to overcome to reach the top. For those who want to get themselves into the best shape of their lives, there can be no better guide.
We really enjoyed Triple H Making the Game. The hardback book was in great shape.

This is a very well written book! Far better written than I could have ever imagined. Triple H lays things out in simple and easy to understand terms and sandwiches great weight training advice in-between a wonderful behind the scenes look at the wrestling business. If you are someone just starting out in the gym or if you are someone like me who needed something to get my mind refocused on my priorities in the gym, BUY THIS BOOK! BB & B

I am really shocked at some of the reviews of this book. I mean people are trashing Paul Levesque's book because they feel that he cannot speak about fitness because he may or may not use steroids. If that is the case then all fitness buffs should not take any advise from Professional Bodybuilders(Ronnie Coleman, Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, etc.)Steroids does not make your body automatically look like Paul's. You can't just take them then boom, you are Mr. Olympia. Paul Levesque gives good tips on getting in the best shape you possibly can from his experiences, just like any other bodybuilder. He gives advice on what worked for him, and how you have to experiment what will work for you. He lays a foundation and it is up to the reader what he or she takes from it. The book is very informative, with good tips on training. It also provides a good , but short bio on one of wrestling's top stars. Excellent read for wrestling fan's and add's tips for bodybuilding geeks that are not trying to be Mr. Olympia.
Dont listen to the bad reviews, This book is an A+

First off I have to say I am disapointed with the haters who either dont like triple h or think that anyone who wants a body like that has to take steroids. Obviously these people have spent no dedicated time in the gym or read through triple h's book because he explains that it took years to achieve his body. I loved this book, I have to say it is the best bodybuilding book I have read, this book is especially helpful for beginner bodybuilders because it focuses on how to start out the journey to achieving a body like his. It goes over what to eat but not like other books and magazines as to follow a strictly specific diet, Triple h explains that every body is different and you take the basic bodybuilding nutrition(Which triple h explains)and adjust it to your specific lifestyle and what specific goal you have, Do you want to lose weight, do you want to put on a little muscle, or do you want to be a complete powerhouse, triple h explains it all. Unlike some books this book explains the exercises you want to do but in the back there is a full section that contains full color pages of what the exercise is and exactly how to do it. Those of you out there that are stumped with the exercise names and how you perform them the right way will appreciate this book. Triple h explains exactly how to perform your sets from your warm up to your climax, he explains the different exercises you can throw into your routine to give you a little variety once in a while. On top of the workout sections there is a sort of autobiography that explains how triple h got started out bodybuilding and how he worked his way through the wrestling ranks to become who he is now. Triple H is truly the game. I recommend anyone seriously considering bodybuilding to read this book because it will set you out on the right path to achieve your goals. Any of you haters out there want to discuss this book email me-andromedafan@hotmail.com-

I love this book. The pictures themselves are worth the money and his routine gives a person something to work at. Everyone is different but his concept is good. The personal chapters in this book are really good. It shows that not all is what it seems. This man has had a long hard battle and his work ethic is something most people could learn something from. I highly recomend it to anyone interested in wrestling, or looking for some inspiration.
