First book my baby responded to

I tried for months to read books to my daughter, but she always took the book away and either threw it or ate it. This book kept her attention because of the meow. She learned to turn the pages and then started touching the fabric/material parts. Now she has lots of books and sits quietly to read, but this is still her first go-to book. She reads this first and then picks others from her collection. She now kisses the cat at the end good-night when it goes to bed. She did that all on her own. She has other animal books, even touch-and-feel books, but this one is the one that really brings out her personality and gets her to read.
