This is a no-nonsense approach to diet and fitness. It is incredibly simple to follow, the exercise directions are laid out in a clear and precise manner and the nutrition section is full of more good sense than you will find in most diet books. The strength and stretch exercises fit easily into my day, and I find it easy to remember them, even when away from home. This book really can change your life.

I enjoyed this fitness book because of it's simplistic approach to good, basic eating and exercise. The text and photographs are pleasing to the eye and the exercises are simple enough to do without special equipment.
