Good Manager guide - worth the investment in the book

This is an excellent book for the manager who needs to find just the right employee. I was impressed with the coverage for the pre-interview stages and how you can identify those job candidates that are most-likely-to-succeed in the job. I also like the coverage on how to spot fakers and people who lie on their resumes. Better still, I was impressed with the job interview questions and answers. The job interview questions are designed for a telephone interview, and the IT manager can just ask the questions and compare the responses to the "ideal" answer. The book also discusses how to find personal information without breaking the law.
