This is Volume One of a 4 volume series. Interviews are listed in chapters by decade of birth. Vol 1 - 1910--1939 Vol 2 - 1940--1949 Vol 3 - 1950--1959 Vol 4 - 1960--2019 ~~~~~ Linda Goldberg was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1941. She moved to Vermont in 1969 with her husband and two young sons. While living on Hollister Hill, in Marshfield, she worked as an elementary-school librarian in Barre. She conducted oral histories of her neighbors in 1973-1975, which were published as Here On This Hill in 1991 by the Vermont Folklife Center. After retiring in 2000, she interviewed her neighbors again in 2003-2013. To My Rememberin' is a result of this second series of conversations with her neighbors. In 2015 she left Vermont to be near her sons and families in the Bay Area of California.
