Excellent little book

This story surprised me. I truly enjoyed reading this novel. The chemistry between the two main characters was electric. I strongly recommend this book. In fact, if you like older man/younger woman books, you may want to try out A Special Relationship by Yvonne Thomas, Back to Honor by J. T. Watson; and Some Came Desperate by Katherine Cachitorie.

What Does 15 Years Matter When You're in Love?

When thirty-nine-year-old, wealthy, San Francisco attorney David Matthews forgot his day planner and had to take his private elevator back up to his office from the underground parking garage, he had no idea that he was going to overhear an argument between one of the new lawyers, Tom Snyder, he'd hired and his pregnant girlfriend, Beth Anderson.Twenty-four-year-old Beth wanted some of the money she'd loaned Tom back and she wanted the money he'd cleaned out of her checking account. Tom coldly told her to get lost, he wanted nothing to do with her or the baby and he wasn't going to give her a cent.David didn't want to get involved, but he couldn't help himself. After Tom leaves he finds out she has no money and nowhere to go, so he asks her to spend the night in his mansion, assuring her he has no designs on her, he lives with his mother and housekeeper in a house about the size of heaven. However, when his mother sees Beth, she asks her to stay on and it's not long before David realizes he's in love with her, but she's so young. This was a very satisfying romance that I took to the bath with me. And that's where I stayed, till the water got cold and I finished the story. I loved the way Ms. Rawlins added the suspenseful element of the dirty, rotten, lawyer boyfriend and how Beth eventually dealt with him. This is a romance I just know you'll love.A Harlequin Dreamers Review by Vesta Irene
