Hammer Bam Smack Slam That's the sound of Mr. McGreely boarding up his windows to keep the bunnies out in the cold where they belong The trouble is, no matter what Mr. McGreely does, the pesky pufftails have a way of sneaking inside -- and taking his things to make a warm, cozy nest for themselves. Will Mr. McGreely ever get the best of these infuriating flopears? The three wily bunnies from Muncha Muncha Muncha return in a sequel that's even funnier than their first adventure.
Tippy tippy hide and Muncha muncha muncha have become some of our favorite bedtime stories for our three little girls. We checked it out at the library at first and had so much fun with them that we couldn't resist purchasing them. They are just cute funny stories of farmer verses bunnies. Adorable!!

My three year old loves this book, especially when the bunnies leave bunny droppings on Mr.McGreely's pillow. She loves to "read" it aloud to herself after we put her to bed, and it's so funny to hear her over the baby monitor saying "Some bunnies been in my house!" We haven't read Candace Fleming's first book "Muncha!Muncha!Muncha!" but I'm eager to read the prequel. The end of the story was a little confusing for my daughter, because it ends in sounds and pictures, with no written conclusion (in trying to keep the bunnies out, Mr.McGreely ends up locking himself into the house and he can't get out in the spring), so I used to have to explain the ending each time to my daughter. The rest of the story is great however and is sure to keep your child riveted.

Candace Fleming and G. Brian Karas' TIPPY-TIPPY-TIPPY, HIDE! tells of three little bunnies on Mr. McGreely's doorstep who beg to come inside for the winter. But he already shared his carrots with them last summer and is determined not to share his house too. Trouble is, the bunnies are pesky and clever - and sneak in. Whether you've seen the bunnies from MUNCHA! MUNCHA! MUNCHA! MUNCHA! Before or not, TIPPY-TIPPY-TIPPY, HIDE is a fun sequel and an equal winner for newcomers and old fans alike: libraries will find it a popular lend.
