Great if you are taking class with Dr. Santangelo

This is the book you need at William Paterson university, if you are in the counseling program. Class 606-60. Great class, and the book is a very helpful tool to understand and get more detail and theories and practices. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get into the counseling profession. I will likely get made fun of for writing this review.

"Systems, Strategies and Skills" is an excellent read for students early in their counseling careers as well as for those who want to read a concise and to-the-point overview of theories of counseling and psychotherapy. Dr. Seligman finds a way to present the core of many theories, highlighting how they can be applied in treatment. This is a book that is straightforward and packed with useful information for clinicians.
