I Loved it !

This is a Fantastic book ! The topic and era was a brilliant thesis ! The characters were being developed for a series and what a Great series it is ! The development of the story was well presented with great detail and the individual characters were the best part. They grew perfectly right along with the story.Excellent ending! I ended up reading the entire series ! Highly recommended!!

Waaaaay Too Many Characters & No Development.

Good lord this book has way too much going on. I get that the author is trying to setup a world in which to base a series off of...but this book struggles to establish any firm characters in said world. The author's storytelling relies on starting a subplot in one chapter, then skipping to another in the following chapter, then jumping back to where the first subplot left off in the next...rinse and repeat for 300+ pages. All of this with little or very poorly written techniques to try and tie them altogether. When I had finished I was left feeling incredibly let down and as if I'd wasted my time.
