For readers and journal writers who love Kathleen Adams' breakthrough "Journal to the Self", this healing workbook will be a welcome adjunct; it also stands on its own as a well-organized and innovative toolkit for positive change. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the comfort and power of journal writing. Mary Lee Moser, author, There and Back: A Journal Companion for Special Needs Parents
