More than you ever thought there was to know about brewers around the world. You get history, geography, ethnology, language, cultchah all mingled in with zymergy! Not a book to sit down and read at length--I read a coupla pages a day--truly enjoyable. The older edition was written during the baby steps of the craft beer revolution in the USA.
