Rachel Bellamy begins her veterinary career in Milchester, a farming town in the Cotswolds. She’ll be assisting a well respected, local vet who is kind and encouraging. Beautiful descriptions of the area, heartwarming stories of the people and their animals, both farm and household, and the possibility of love all entwine to make this a wonderful book.
