Wildly delicious reading... and experimenting!!

I found this book at the library and had to have it with my collection of cookbooks. It has a awesome array of wild etables that may just be in you own back yard!! Cattails... can you believe it??? Wonderfully delicious and so good for you.. Beautiful pictures and commentary... Well written all together!!! This gal can cook!!!!!!
