Vinegar folklore, recipes and so many uses. Vinegar making, mother of vinegar, pickling etc. This book is worth your while

Lots of uses

Aside from diet, this book lists lots of uses for vinegar as well as some historical tidbits. Interesting to read. Not a big book, but a lot of info. To 'soak' up an odor: put out a small container of white vinegar.
