Every Kitchen Should Have This Book

Being originally from Rhode Island and a big fan of the TV Maitre d', I purchased this book for some friends who love to cook. I was hoping they would invite me over for a taste test of their attempts to recreate these signature dishes. I ended up keeping one for myself after seeing most are simple to prepare. A must have for every one who has ever been to Rhode Island and for anyone who appreciates fine New England cooking.
