Though Kobach lost his 2018 race for the US Senate, hundreds of thousands of voters in many states still have not been reinstated to voter rolls.
The number one method of Republican-led voter disenfranchisement is purge by postcard, and, unfortunately it is a nominally legal maneuver. If you have moved and don't get the postcard, or simply don't respond to the postcard, your name can be removed from the voter rolls. Younger, poorer, nonwhite voters fail to respond at a much higher rate than older, white, property-owning voters.
