Questionable

Reading the description of the book ONLY this description of transhumanism sounds like it's been hijacked by woke culture. My understanding of transhumanism in its' original theory stated that as a human race we have intellectually and cognitively evolved to a point where those who have the cognitive power to do so should be those who make decisions regarding the perpetuation of the human as a species. I personally think we need to temper this theory with a smidge of wisdom, history, and a complete understanding of codified philosophical understanding. And furthermore we need to consider that some of the ideologies put forth are a recycling of tyrannical colonialism and are being put forth as such. Always remember there are no absolutes in philosophy as there can only be an agreed set of ideals based on a respectful and logical conversation. Otherwise the result is friction of competing ideals.
