I am a big fan of books written by Alan Loy McGinnis. It did not take long at all before I find helpful insights from this book. Do yourself a favor whether it is the "Friendship Factor", "Bringing out the Best in People" or "The Romance Factor". Mr. McGinnis writes in a way that is easy to read but also provides insightful and beneficial content.

A Reformed Romance Whimp

All my young adult life I dated off and on. And, I wondered what the problem was with the young ladies that I dated. Why couldn't any of the relationships last more than a few months? What was their problem? After reading this book I realized the problem wasn't them. It was me and being honest about what I wanted and taking the risk to lay it all on the line. I realized that I was a big romance wimp. I began to open up and honestly share my heart, my dreams, and my wants. If I was rejected, so be it. A man shouldn't be afraid to share who and what he is with someone he would like to seek a relationship with. And, the young lady I had been dating off and on for a year or more responded like she never had before. In fact, we celebrate 12 years of marriage very soon.

Everything I Need for a Loving Endless Relationship

This book gives me the tools I need to create and preserve a longterm loving relationship. I thank my new friend for his recommendation of the book. By reading 'marked' passages from his edition, I learned many things about him. AND I liked what I read. The book makes sense! This book would help relationships in trouble find the path to happiness, if applied.
