If you are teaching in Relief Society, or anyone teaching from the Gospel Principles book, this is a very good aide. It gives suggestions for "punching up" the lesson, plus explaining it on different levels (depending on the understanding and educational level of your "pupils"). I wouldn't want to be without it.
