Very warm and inspiring book

This book started off with quite a bang. This has so much complexity and so many winding storylines that eventually come together to form a beautiful piece of artwork. I was very doubtful that it could be pulled off but it came together so sweetly and closed like a warm and lovely pre-2021 Hallmark movie. The end was a totally unexpectedly feel good ending, which was my only reason for giving this book 4 stars. I guess that I was expecting a different more edgy ending, more in keeping with the storyline throughout the first 3/4 of the book. The last 2 chapters took a 180° degree turn and truly felt like a fairy tale instead of the book that i had been enjoying up to that point. It all comes together like I said, but just a little too sticky and easily, I was expecting more from such a great book that started and continued on such a great trajectory with an awesome storyline. It only disappointed me at the end. I wish more thought and time would have gone into closing this book the way that it deserved.
