Great book to get hooked on charcuterie

I actually worked with this author at the market dinning rooms in world trade center N.Y. , She was ahead of her time , few females worked in professional kitchens at that time . Tina was excellent. this book is a great tool for anyone who wants to perfect the art of charcuterie . I highly recommend , John Rose Executive Chef ( retired )
