Outstanding Book on Personal and Organizational Change

I was surprised by this book, being the cynic that I am about change books. I spent 30 years in Corporate America that last 15 working in 'change'. Most books aren't down to earth and what the Professor's say isn't based on actually having done anything. I don't know Dr. Myles Munroe, would love to meet him but he does know change from working around the world with multi-cultural groups on change. He is a Christian and uses some scriptures to make some points but it is not a religious book by any means but he gets his message across. It is one of the very few change books I would endorse as being real. He takes you through realistic, real world change from beginning to end. Very impressive work. If you're interested in change then here is a great starting point.

Wow this hits on all trusts of life and life's changes. And the timing for me was perfect. My prayer is that everyone reads this book. One point that I love in this book. Is everything in life changes except God and His promises.
