I read up a lot on this diet before purchasing the book, because I was skeptical. It sounded too good to be true. I've bought a lot of books on orgasms, but nothing has delivered like this, because it isn't just 'explore your body this way' - it actually tells you how to amp up your desire - and the rest falls into place. I haven't even been going all-out with the diet, just slowly taking on more, and I'm already a believer. I highly recommend this book - - it's tempting to google the diet and just go by what's online, but I promise this book explains everything and is more than worth the money.

I have a very low sex drive normally, and my husband is just the opposite. It bothered me a lot that I never wanted sex and he always did so I decided to try this diet to increase my libido. I've only been on it for about two weeks. I got some high quality fish oil from GNC that was lemon flavored so although I do get the occasional "fishy burp" it mostly tastes like lemon. I've been following the diet pretty diligently. The changes required were pretty small so it was an easy adjustment. The fish oil made me feel more energized and alert but my libido was mostly unchanged. Then a few days ago it was almost like someone flipped a switch. I really wanted some alone time with my husband. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their sex life.

I stumbled upon the book through a review in a magazine. I've been on the diet now for 2 months and I find it truly amazing. It definitely works for me. My libido sky rocketed! It makes sense when you read it and if you don't believe it, your body will tell you so. It really changed my life. The author herself is supporting you through her website. If you have a question, Marrena answers within a day. I am really, really happy with it. I would totally recommend it.
