Paul documents in this book for his hunt for Omega 3 around the globe and shares his view on a healthy planet. The last frontier - ocean is not to be upset for the biodiversity with so much dead zone. DHA may be a future prospect for our food source in addition to seafood. Land cattle ranch animal is loaded with chemicals and fed with growth hormone and anti-biotic which may cause healthy problem. The American diet is unbalanced for Omega 3 and 6 ratio and suspected to be the cause of many social problems and gun violence. Follow Paul to change diet and mine. Good book for information
