I love The Old Farmer's Almanac and this year it's better than ever! It's filled with features about little-known things that are actually pretty interesting. There's all you could want to know about George Washington's denture problems and the origins of ice cream. As always the weather information is detailed and they boast an 80% accuracy record. One great new feature this year is the addition of The Gardener's Companion at the end. Yankee Publishing, who puts out the OFA, also prints the Gardener's Companion twice a year. It's really fun for garden planning and care. The 2004 edition of The Old Farmer's Almanac is the perfect blend of useful information, educated predictions and quirky trivia. There's literally something for everyone!
